The Homestead Team
From Humble Beginnings
Sam grew up in Wisconsin on a family farm where he developed a strong work ethic at an early age, milking cows, feeding cattle and custom harvesting. In 2015 Sam moved to Wyoming and started his career in construction with a local concrete company where he worked his way from mechanic to General Manager. Sam co-founded Homestead Homes in 2019 and is now sole owner with an emphases on teamwork and efficiency.
Sam has three beautiful children who love to spend time with their dad, learning the value of hard work, honesty, and consistency. They love camping, hiking, hunting and fishing, pretty much anything that involves the outdoors of Wyoming.
Chris Millar- Project Manager
Chris Millar was born to Veteran parents and is a veteran, himself. He has worked as a stone and stucco mason since he was 18, then became a building inspector for Laramie County for 6 years. He started CJM Stone and Stucco LLC in 2018 and is still operating the company.
Chris and his wife Jenna, along with his 4 children enjoy softball weekends, hunting and fishing
Jolynn Vosler- Office Manager
Born and raised in Cheyenne, Jo is Office Manager and "Jo of all trades, master of some". After spending 20+ years in the private sector, she started at Croell Inc. and moved to Homestead Homes.
She has 5 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and her new found love of travel.
